Prerak Ved has a comprehensive legal background, starting as a Trainee at Juris Corp and progressing to Senior Associate roles at Crawford Bayley & Co. and later at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Prerak was subsequently elevated to Principal Associate - Partner Designate before becoming a Partner at AZB & Partners. Prerak Ved also has a strong educational background, holding a B.Com, LL.B degree from Government Law College, National Law School of India University, and passing Level III of the CFA examination from CFA Institute in 2013.
