Maksim Kleshch has had a solid career in the field of IT, with experience as a System Administrator and DevOps at Azati Software since October 2016. Prior to that, they held the positions of Senior System Administrator and Lead Network Engineer at "Garant" - Internet Provider from December 2010 to October 2016. Maksim'searlier work experience includes being a System Administrator at Grodno State Medical University from December 2005 to December 2010.

Maksim Kleshch obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno in 2007. Maksim then pursued further education at the same university, earning another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Computer Software Engineering, from 2007 to 2009.
