Will Potter is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the talent acquisition industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of AZAK since January 2022, Will previously held the position of Partner at Riviera Partners from January 2019 to January 2022, where Will focused on Bamboo Talent acquisition. Prior to that, Will co-founded Bamboo Talent, which was acquired by Riviera Partners, and was Head of Mobile Recruitment at Twenty Recruitment Group, contributing to the company's growth in the U.S. market. Will began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Manager at Atrium Staffing, managing a diverse client base, including creative start-ups and fashion retail. Will holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and has participated in the Semester At Sea program.
