Shilpi Ojha is an accomplished Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Since March 2016, Shilpi has been serving as Company Secretary at Ayurvet Limited. Prior to this role, Shilpi held the position of Company Secretary at Su-Kam Power Systems Limited from February 2012 to March 2016 and worked as Assistant Company Secretary at M/s Ranjeet Pandey & Associates from June 2010 to February 2012. Shilpi holds a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Janhit College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the School of Management Science.
