Celia Gilsanz Gómez has extensive experience in project management and innovation within the telecommunications and municipal sectors. Currently serving in the New Technologies Department at Ayuntamiento de Santander since July 2012, Celia has participated in various European innovation projects, including SocIoTal and Mobiwallet, while also overseeing the development of municipal websites. Prior roles include contributions to Grupo SODERCAN in international business development and investment, as well as project management positions at Orange and France Telecom, focusing on network planning and fiber optics deployment. Celia's educational background includes a Master's in International Trade and Communications from the Universidad de Cantabria, along with specialized courses in innovation management and smart cities.
