Rebekah Grafton is a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for Language Access at Ayuda, where responsibilities include providing training and assistance to enhance the effectiveness of language access programs, designing and executing training sessions for non-profit service providers and interpreters, and supporting unique language access needs. Previously, Rebekah served as the Language Access Coordinator, managing language services for Ayuda's Community Legal Interpreter Bank. Professional experience also includes a role as Lead Teacher for a Summer Learning Program at IRIS, where remote English instruction was provided to refugee students, and as a Library Access Services Assistant at Georgetown University. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and French from Georgetown University and has pursued advanced Arabic language studies at The American University in Cairo. Additionally, international education experiences include semester programs in Rabat, Morocco, and Strasbourg, France.
