Jennifer Williams began their career in 2009 as an Office Manager at Advanced Physical Therapy & Chiropractic. In this role, they were responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day to day operations, including the financial performance of the revenue cycle. Jennifer supervised patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting. Jennifer also promoted excellent customer service and developed, implemented and maintained office policies and procedures. In 2011, they left Advanced Physical Therapy & Chiropractic to become Office Manager/Bookkeeper at AC Flush, LLC. In this role, they maintained office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Jennifer also computed, classified, and recorded numerical data to keep financial records complete. In 2013, they left AC Flush, LLC to become Research Manager at AYTM.

Jennifer Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Jennifer also has a degree in Marketing from The University of Georgia.
