Rositza (Rossi) Dobrikova's work experience includes roles at various research companies as well as at Wake Forest University. Rositza (Rossi) started their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Wake Forest University in 2000 and held this position until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Research Analyst at AllPoints Research. Next, they joined Lightspeed Research as a Client Operations Manager from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they were a Research Director at CURION from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Research Methodologist at Simmons Research. Currently, they are serving as the Sr Director of Panel Operations at AYTM (Ask Your Target Market) since November 2019.

Rositza (Rossi) Dobrikova completed their Master of Arts degree in Communication at Wake Forest University in 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at the University of Münster. During their time at the University of Münster, they focused on Political Science, German Philology, and Netherlands-Studies, concluding their studies in 1999.
