Karim EIDO has a long and impressive work history. Karim started their career in 1993 as an Ingénieur d'affaires at OUTINORD. Karim then moved to Vallourec in 1996, where they held three different positions, including Directeur commercial 'oil&gas OCTG', Controleur Gestion Groupe, and Chef de projet. In 2006, they began working at Proconseil as a Directeur de projet. In 2004, they founded and became the Dirigeant of AKILAE, where they provided strategic development consulting, business plans, and industrialization and production site implementation. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Partner at AYRO, a French technological start-up, where they are responsible for industrialization, purchasing, administrative and financial management, and human resources.

Karim EIDO's education history includes a Diplome d'ingénieur généraliste from Ecole centrale de Nantes between 1989 and 1992, a Mastère from EDHEC Business School between 1992 and 1993, and attendance at Lycée Janson de Sailly from 1988 to 1989.
