Nathan Bess is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in environmental law, toxic torts, pharmaceutical mass torts, consumer class actions, and complex litigation. Since September 2008, Nathan has been affiliated with Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz, PLLC, further honing expertise in these areas. Prior to this role, Nathan served as a staff attorney at Emerald CoastKeeper, an environmental advocacy organization, and completed law clerk positions at Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Echsner & Proctor, PA, and Kennedy & Madonna, LLP, both focusing on toxic torts and public interest environmental litigation. Nathan holds a Juris Doctor degree in Environmental and Land Use Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of the South. Additionally, Nathan studied at the University of Augsburg in Germany.
