Thien Doan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivering services within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Director Delivery Services at Ayla Networks since December 2021, Thien previously held the position of Sr. Director of Professional Services at Greenway Health, where successful project management and significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved. Thien has also led teams at Starry, Inc., Newforma, Juniper Networks, and Symantec, focusing on process improvements and client success in various roles. Thien co-founded IMT Partners, Inc., and has a rich background in P&L management and consulting across multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong ability to align operational processes with customer needs. Thien holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
