Juan Blanco has a strong background in operations management, currently working at Ayco Farms Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Juan served as Vice President of Operations at Chestnut Hill Farms from June 2022 to May 2023. Juan's career began at Solgroup Marketing, where an extensive tenure spanned over a decade, starting as Purchasing Manager/Assistant Operations Manager from October 2008 to October 2010 and advancing to Operations Manager from October 2010 to May 2022.
