DeWeese Britton possesses extensive experience in construction estimation and project management, currently serving as an Estimator at Ayars & Ayars since October 2015 and as a Senior Estimator at Green Gable Contracting since January 2011. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Britton has held key roles in various companies, including CL Construction and CYC Construction Inc., where significant project bids were achieved. Experiences also include positions as an Estimator/Data Analyst at Luxa Construction Inc., and as a Construction Inspector/Soil Technician at Thompson, Dreessen, & Dorner Inc., demonstrating expertise in interpreting blueprints, calculating quantities, and collaborating with sales teams on project specifications. Early career work involved roles at Lancaster County Engineering as an Engineer Aide II and military service in the US Army as a Squad Leader-Sergeant. DeWeese Britton holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Southeast Community College.
