Steven Boerrigter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Axxor Group since January 2017, Steven has also held roles including Operations Manager, Sales Engineering Manager, and Sales Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience at General Mills from July 2011 to January 2017 included positions such as Sr. Systems Engineer I and Management Coordinator, where Steven focused on process optimization, team capability building, and training across various engineering disciplines. Initial internships at General Mills and Celanese provided foundational skills in systems engineering and reliability engineering. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has further education from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
