Francis Smart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and environmental health and safety management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Axxela since April 2016, Francis focuses on driving growth through new business initiatives and executing viable gas and power opportunities. Previously, Francis held multiple roles at Oando Plc, including Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor and Technical Services Lead, where responsibilities encompassed implementing safety policies, maintaining ISO management systems, and overseeing operations of power plants. Education includes an MBA from Business School Netherlands, a Master's in Energy Technology and Management from the University of Ibadan, and a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
