Moumen EL FASSI has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Moumen started their career as a Sales Representative at neuf telecom in 2004. Later, they worked as a Consultant at Listen Finance Council and a Data Analyzer at Toulouse Chamber of Agriculture in 2004 and 2005, respectively. In 2007, they served as an Industrial Statistician at SIEMENS VDO Automotive, where they monitored the application of processes and procedures in production.

In 2008, Moumen joined Airbus as a Quality and Logistic Projects Manager, where they set up an optimized method for inventory management. Moumen also worked at AIRBUS CENTRAL ENTITY as a Quality & Supply Chain Consultant and Trainer, providing support on APQP and Quality Procurement Requirements.

From 2009 onwards, they have been heavily involved in the aerospace industry. Moumen worked as a Supplier Development Consultant, Trainer, and Coach, helping aerospace tier-X suppliers and working with Airbus on various subjects. Moumen later became a Senior Consultant, focusing on APQP, Industrial Assessments, and Maturity Development.

In 2016, Moumen joined Axsens bte as Consulting Director and the Head of Supplier Development & Industrial Maturity Business Unit. Moumen managed operational activities and transversal functions such as quality management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, business development, and budgeting. Moumen also supported companies in increasing their process robustness and maturity.

Throughout their career, Moumen has been involved in team management, budget management, business strategy, and project leadership. Moumen is experienced in areas such as supplier development, industrial assessments, and logistics.

Moumen EL FASSI completed an Advanced Master in Logistic, Purchase, and International Trade, with a specialization in Strategy and Industrial Management from TBS Education in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master 2 in Informatics, Statistics, and Mathematics Applied in Production Management from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès in 2006-2007, and a Master 1 in Econometrics Models and Data Analysis from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2005-2006. In terms of certifications, they obtained various qualifications including ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) Lead Auditor CQI-IRCA, Législation aéronautique PART 21J/G et PART 145, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (QMS) from different institutions.
