Sean M. Smith, CPA/ABV, currently serves as Senior Vice President Finance at Anthem Sports & Entertainment Inc. since February 2024, while also holding the position of Controller at AXS TV since April 2021. Previously, Sean was the North America-APAC Financial Controller at Anthesis Group, contributing to executive leadership and strategic planning from January 2019 to April 2021. Sean's earlier roles include Senior Manager at The Siegfried Group, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing reporting for IPO readiness, and Manager at PwC, where transformation of client finance processes significantly increased assets under management. Sean began a career in economics as an Economic Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
