Carolina Santana Ramos, MMus has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2017, they worked as an Event Management and PR professional at Hot Clube de Portugal. In 2018, they served as a Marketing and Retail Sales Assistant at Unilever. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Music Booker and Promoter for VINCE POWER MUSIC GROUP LIMITED. In 2021, they joined Share Community as a Music Tutor and Music Therapist. The following year, they became a Development Coordinator at Feminists of_ and later transitioned into the role of Project Coordinator. In 2022, they held the position of Ticketing Assistant at HolisTix Ticketing Ltd. Carolina also worked at AEG Presents as a VIP Assistant and Assistant Dressing Room Coordinator, where they assisted with organizing and inspecting the artists' Dressing Rooms. From July 2022 to February 2023, they worked as a Project Coordinator at NOWIE - The Network of Women in Events, overseeing a mentorship program and providing training and resources for participants. Currently, they hold the role of Client Ticketing Manager at AXS, starting in February 2023.

Carolina Santana Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts and Humanities with a major in Performance from Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at ICMP - The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. In 2018-2019, they completed the Higher Diploma in Popular Music Performance with a focus on vocals. Subsequently, they enrolled in a Masters program at the same institution and is currently working towards a Masters (MMus) in Popular Music Performance, expected to be completed in 2022. In 2021, Carolina also took part in an Intensive Industry course at ICMP for Music Production and Sound Engineering, with a specific focus on music technology.
