Matthew Servant has a diverse work experience in the product management field. Matthew began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at GameStop, a video game retailer, from April 2002 to April 2004. Matthew then worked as a Product Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst at Vertical Alliance, a provider of ticketing and digital marketing services, from October 2004 to June 2010. Following that, they joined Veritix as a Product Manager from June 2010 to October 2012 before being promoted to Director of Product Management until March 2015. From March 2015 to November 2015, Matthew served as the Director of Digital Product Management at WorldVentures, a vacation club membership company. Matthew then joined AXS, a ticketing platform, in November 2015 as Vice President of Product and later became the Senior Vice President of Product in July 2022. Matthew's work experience has equipped him with knowledge in various industries, including gaming, ticketing, and digital marketing.

Matthew Servant completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at Saint Mary's University from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, they pursued a Webmaster Certificate at Dalhousie University, which they completed in 2001. Additionally, Matthew obtained the Certified Product Manager certification from AIPMM in October 2012, and in the same month and year, they also achieved the Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing certification from The 280 Group.
