Rhine Chan has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Axos Bank in 2023. Prior to that, Rhine worked as a Marketing Associate Intern at Axos Bank in 2022. In 2021, Rhine served as an Operations and Volunteer Coordinator at SPACES at UC San Diego and as Recruitment Chair (Marketing & Relations) at Chi Omega Kappa Lambda at UC San Diego. In 2020, Rhine was a Junior VP of Service at the Panhellenic Council at UCSD, where they worked on coordinating and planning events, executing philanthropies, and creating an annual volunteer newsletter. Rhine also worked as a Consumer Behavior Analyst (Marketing & Business Development) at BeLive Technology in 2020. Before that, in 2019, Rhine worked as a Food Server at Furusato Japanese Restaurant.

Rhine Chan attended UC San Diego from 2019 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Prior to attending UC San Diego, Rhine studied at De Anza College from 2018 to 2019. In 2023, Rhine obtained a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google.
