Matti Kilpiö is an experienced Project Manager currently at Axopar Boats since November 2022, previously holding similar roles at Evac Group from October 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing large custom projects, leading project teams, and managing technical scopes. Prior to this, Matti worked as a Mechanical Engineer at IS Automation and Haltian Oy, and as a Foreman at Ruukki. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu and a MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management from MITx.
