Saily Dhande started their work experience in 2017 at Vodafone as a Quality Assurance Tester. Saily worked there from May 2017 to July 2019. In 2020, they joined Careers Unlimited as a Junior Data Researcher from November 2020 to April 2021. Currently, Saily is employed at Axonista as a QA Engineer, starting in August 2021.

Saily Dhande completed their Secondary education at D.A.V. Public School in India from 2002 to 2014. Saily then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science between 2014 and 2017. Saily further expanded their knowledge in the field of data analytics by completing a Master's degree in Data Analytics at Dublin Business School from 2020 to 2021.

Additionally, Saily obtained two certifications to enhance their skills. In April 2019, they became ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level through the institution ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In March 2021, they completed the course "Selenium WebDriver with Java - Basics to Advanced+Frameworks" on Udemy.
