Vikas Sharma is an accomplished senior technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Axoni, Vikas oversees the delivery of a pivotal post-trade data reconciliation application for a leading stock exchange, leading a team of 50 engineers and product owners. Previously, as Head of Engineering at SCE FX, Vikas built and scaled Treasury Management, FX Hedging, and BaaS platforms while providing strategic technology direction. Vikas also held leadership roles at IQ-EQ and SCE FX, where responsibilities included long-term product strategy and technical architecture. As the Founder and CEO of Instantt, Vikas launched an award-winning food ordering platform. Vikas has additionally contributed to substantial cost-saving initiatives at Morgan Stanley and governed major technology programs at UBS Investment Bank. Vikas holds an MBA from Imperial College London and multiple degrees in Microelectronics and Electronic Engineering.
