Kathleen Horton is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Global Learning and Development at Axon since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen held significant positions including Director of Custom Learning at Navis Learning, and Sr. Manager of Learning Strategies and Performance at PwC. Additional experience includes roles at athenahealth, Fidelity Investments where Kathleen served as Director of e-Learning and L&D Program Director, and various educational positions, including adjunct faculty at the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University. Kathleen's career began in technology consulting and training, with foundational roles at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and OpenPages. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Education from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Communications and Studio Art from Emmanuel College.
