Dr. Emilyn Dale currently serves as the Manager of SWSS Technical Account Management Services at Axon, where a dynamic team of technical account managers is overseen to support law enforcement agencies nationwide. With a background as a Lead Technical Account Manager, responsibilities included enhancing onboarding procedures and guiding both full-time and contractor TAMs. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Systems Analyst and Business Services Systems Analyst at Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, providing a bridge between information technology and business stakeholders, as well as technical support for financial software at Warren & Selbert, LLC. Dr. Dale holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Capella University, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara.
