Ashley Hogue is a seasoned professional in people operations and program management, currently serving as the Sr. People Operations Program Manager at Axon since October 2024. Previously, Ashley held various strategic roles at DocuSign, offering expertise in global strategy and operations. Prior to DocuSign, Ashley gained valuable experience at Evergreen Home Loans, managing a project management office and serving as a senior project manager. The career path began as a Vendor and Project Management Specialist at 1st Security Bank, along with earlier roles in real estate, retail management at Starbucks, and law enforcement training. Ashley is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, building on a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
