Marius V. has over 20 years of experience in technology and management roles. Marius started their career as a Consultant at MaXware in 1997. In 1999, they co-founded ACom, a company focused on Intranet, Internet, and e-commerce solutions. ACom was acquired by Inmeta in 2000, where Marius served as Development Manager. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Development Manager at Inmeta, specializing in developing portal systems for e-commerce and intranets.

In 2002, Marius joined TeleComputing as a Development Manager, responsible for the company's homegrown provisioning and reporting platform. During their tenure, they oversaw the management of more than 100 separate Active Directories, serving over 70,000 daily users.

In 2013, Marius joined Komplett Group as the Chief Technology Officer, where they built and led a center of excellence with 70 professionals. Marius was responsible for setting and executing the platform and technology strategy, implementing microservice architecture and cloud technology.

Marius joined Creuna in 2019 as the Chief Technology Officer, a leading customer experience agency. Marius helped the company win 18 international awards and worked on innovative projects for the city of Oslo. In 2020, Creuna was acquired by Knowit, and Marius played a key role in integrating the two companies' development teams.

Currently, Marius holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Axo Group since 2021.

Marius V. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Bodin Videregående skole from 1991 to 1993. Marius also holds a certification in "Master the Fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning" from LinkedIn, obtained in the year 2020.
