Max Minaev has worked in various positions since 2010. Max started their career as a Lead Engineer and Head of Laboratory of Business Processes Description and Modeling at Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management in 2010. In 2014, they moved to 2GIS as a System Analyst. In 2015, they were appointed as the Head of Software Development at Nextta Group. Max is currently working as a Project Manager at Axmor Software since 2018.

Max Minaev obtained a Specialist degree in IT and Economics from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (NSUEM) between 2003 and 2008. In 2019, they obtained an ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile and in 2021 they obtained an Activation and Retention Strategy certification from Udacity.
