Elena Kulakova has been working in the software industry since 2003. Elena began their career at Novosoft as a Software Analyst. In 2006, they moved to Axmor Software where they held the roles of Head Of Department and Project Manager.

Elena Kulakova earned their Master's degree from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) in 2003, having studied Data Collection and Data Processing Systems from 1997.
