Jennifer Skellett has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and education. Jennifer most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at Axis Portable Air starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Manager, Human Resource Business Partner at Carrier from May 2022 to March 2023. Jennifer has also worked as a Human Resources Director at McClancy Foods & Flavors from July 2021 to May 2022. Jennifer has extensive experience at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from November 2016 to July 2021, a Human Resources Generalist from March 2014 to November 2016, and a Human Resources Coordinator from January 2012 to March 2014. Jennifer also has previous experience in education, serving as a Residence Life Coordinator/Director at Mount Olive College from August 2010 to June 2011, and as a Language Arts Teacher at Antioch Christian Academy from January 2009 to July 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Resident Advisor at UNC Greensboro from August 2006 to May 2008 and as an Office of Admissions tour guide at Spartan Guide from August 2005 to May 2008.

Jennifer Skellett, PHR completed their Master's degree in Management/Human Resources from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2005 and 2009.
