Somali Dey serves as the Vice President at Axis Bank, managing a portfolio of INR 1500 crores in mid and large corporate clients since June 2022. Previously, Somali held the position of Mid Corporate Client Acquisition at DBS Bank, focusing on structuring transactions and closing new deals from June 2019 to May 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Professional for Large Corporate at Axis Bank, where Somali led a portfolio of prominent large corporate businesses from March 2017 to June 2019, and as an Acquisition Specialist at YES BANK, developing relationships in the media and entertainment industry from June 2011 to March 2017. Somali began the banking career as a Client Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank Limited, working with leading mid corporate clients from May 2009 to May 2011.
