Amit Roy is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in forensic services and internal audit. Currently serving as Senior Vice President-1 and Head of Snap Audit in Internal Audit at Axis Bank since May 2019, Amit previously held the position of Vice President - Internal Audit at Tata Communications from January 2017 to April 2019. Prior to that, Amit held significant roles at PwC India as Associate Director in Forensic Services and at KPMG in various capacities including Associate Director and Manager, all within Forensic Services. Amit's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from St. Xavier's College, a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner with a focus on Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from ACFE.
