Walter Rains Browning is a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer at Axiom Space since June 2022, where responsibilities include designing applications such as Data Visualizer and Command/Control, developing user stories, creating wireframes, and conducting user testing. Walter has successfully built and maintained a Design Language System, significantly reducing asset numbers and designing over 30 core components. In addition to design work, Walter serves as Scrum Master for the UX Team, managing sprint planning and stakeholder coordination. Previous experience includes a role as Graduate Researcher at the University of Chicago, where research focused on digital media and political theory, an Editorial Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, and a Researcher at Southwestern University. Walter holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and History from Southwestern University.
