Troy E. currently serves as the Director of In-Space Systems Engineering at Axiom Space, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Troy E. held various leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, including Associate Director of Engineering for EVA & Human Surface Mobility and Program Chief Engineer for Space Systems Engineering. Troy E. also served as Engineering Program Manager at Oceaneering, Principal Design Engineer at Bastion Technologies, and Spacecraft Principal Engineer at SAIC, among other engineering positions. Educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona (2021-2025), a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from San Diego State University. Additionally, Troy E. has a foundational experience as a US Navy avionics engineer in a carrier early warning squadron.
