Senior Mechanical Engineer- Structures And Mechanisms at Axiom Space

Robert Baldwin is a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Structures and Mechanisms at Axiom Space since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Aerospace Human Systems Laboratory from January 2017 to 2020 under Dr. Bonnie Dunbar, and as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at MarathonNorco Aerospace, Inc. in the summer of 2019. Robert also led the CAD and Manufacturing Team for Texas A&M's SAE Aero Design Team from August 2016 to April 2019, where the team's work focused on an international design competition involving RC aircraft. Robert's early experience includes testing support on the Orion MPCV Crew Console during an internship at NASA's Johnson Space Center in 2016. Robert Baldwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2019.
