Matthew Milano is an Engineer Specialist at Axiom Space, where responsibilities include managing technical performance measures for human spaceflight systems since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer at L3Harris Technologies from June 2020 to April 2022, focusing on aircraft antenna installations and system integration while leading various design initiatives. Matthew completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics at Southern Methodist University from 2016 to 2020, during which experience included serving as a laboratory technician and resident assistant. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Project Manager Team Lead for construction projects and providing care as a summer camp counselor for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
