Carla Michel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Director, Senior Counsel at CDW since June 2023, Carla has previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Axiom/at CDW since September 2013. Prior to this, Carla was General Counsel at Social Wealth from January 2012 to September 2013 and Vice President and Chief Technology Counsel at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where oversight of all intellectual property and technology legal matters for global hotel and casino operations was provided from October 2005 to January 2012. Carla holds a JD and an LL.M. in International Law, Trade and Finance from Tulane University Law School.
