Ryan Grinsteiner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

From 2001 to 2008, Ryan worked at GEO Economics / Martin Group as a Developer, where they developed and supported desktop and web applications for the telephone industry.

From 2008 to 2010, they joined Martin Group / CHR Solutions as a Development Program Manager, where they worked as a Software Architect, Project Manager, and Resource Manager. Ryan also presented a programming class at User Group 2009.

From 2010 to 2011, Ryan served as an Implementations Tech Lead at CHR Solutions, managing a team of five resources in the Implementation division. Ryan implemented software and conducted training for clients.

From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Software Architect / Tech Team Lead at CHR Solutions, managing a remote team of developers in different countries. Ryan focused on following agile development methodologies.

Since 2015, Ryan has been working at AXIOM IT Solutions, Inc. Ryan started as a Software Consultant, where they planned, designed, developed, implemented, and supported software for clients. Recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing the company's business operations and spearheading strategies for future growth.

Ryan Grinsteiner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Montana.
