Jess W. Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2005 as a Web/Media Designer and Customer Service Manager at Loricron Clock Company, Inc., Jess was responsible for designing and managing websites, creating print catalogs, and directing product photography. In 2011, Jess became a self-employed Freelance Contractor, working as a Front-End Web Developer for various clients.

In 2012, Jess joined Sitel as a Customer Service Agent, where they handled customer inquiries and achieved sales targets. Jess also worked as a Coach Track Trainee, monitoring agents' performance and providing feedback.

In 2014, Jess became an Information Systems Specialist at Meridian Financial Services, where they administered and maintained predictive dialer systems, CRM databases, and created custom software programs.

From 2015 to 2018, Jess worked at Warren Wilson College as an Admission Records Specialist, specializing in Salesforce/TargetX Lightning administration and overseeing the creation of an Admission Module.

Starting in 2018, Jess joined OceanX, LLC as a Technical Support Analyst I, providing internal and client-facing technical support. Later, Jess was promoted to Team Lead, responsible for coaching and training support analysts, monitoring work queues, and analyzing team performance.

Currently, Jess is employed at Axiom Higher Education as an Integration Specialist, responsible for integration services. They recently transitioned to the role of Director of Integration Services.

Jess W. Jacob completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Internet & Web Development from Arizona State University between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, Jess obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Web Technologies from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in 2012. Additionally, Jess holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2020, and as a Microsoft Office Specialist 2007 Master from Microsoft, obtained in 2010.
