Warren Graham currently serves as the Manager of Energy Incentive Programs at CoolSys Energy Solutions, where responsibilities include managing the energy incentives team and guiding large chain customers to maximize project cost-effectiveness through securing utility-based energy savings incentives. Prior to this role, Warren Graham worked at Franklin Energy Services as the Program Outreach Lead and Energy Engineer Supervisor, overseeing field outreach staff and serving as the subject matter expert in refrigeration technology for Wisconsin's Focus on Energy program. Warren Graham holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
