Justin Pannell has a diverse background in both aerospace and energy solutions, currently serving as a Business Account Manager and Project Manager at CoolSys Energy Solutions since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Avionics Technician II and Avionics Installer I at Gulfstream Aerospace from March 2018 to June 2021, and Avionics Installer I at Kelly Services between December 2016 and March 2018. Justin's early career included service in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Machinery Technician Third Class Petty Officer and Lead Seaman from July 2014 to October 2016. Additional experience at Gulfstream Aerospace features roles as a Tool Support Coordinator and a college intern with Industrial Engineers. Justin pursued studies in Industrial Engineering at Covenant College and East Georgia State College.
