Samuel Kitou is an experienced financial controller and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Contrôleur de gestion Région IDF at Axima Réfrigération France since June 2022 and as Co-Founder & CEO of Mon Chef Pâtissier since July 2020. Previously, Samuel held the position of Contrôleur de gestion at GROUPE CORIANCE from November 2016 to June 2020 and served as Contrôleur de Gestion Opérationnel at SFR from September 2010 to September 2016. Samuel's educational background includes a Titre RNCP Responsable en gestion from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Licence in Economie et gestion, Finance from the same institution, along with a short course "5 jours pour entreprendre" from CCI du Val-de-Marne in 2020 and ongoing training at Les Déterminés since 2021.
