Kristian Acosta is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in telecommunications and implementation engineering. From July 2020 to November 2023, Kristian served as a Remote Implementation Services Engineer at Axim, specializing in project implementations for Avaya Cloud Office, Ring Central, Phone Number Porting, Avaya AES, and Avaya CM. Prior to this role, Kristian worked at DXC from February 2017 to June 2020 as an Avaya UC Engineer, providing proactive support to a global customer base in tier 2 and tier 3 positions, with expertise in IP/SIP and various circuit technologies. Kristian's career began at SYKES Costa Rica, where from February 2007 to February 2017, experience was gained as an IT Support Specialist and Cisco Support Engineer, focusing on Cisco routers, UCS servers, and switches.
