Amanda Roy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda started their career in 2010 as an Archival Assistant at Kelowna Public Archives. In 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at OCAD University before transitioning to a role as a Program Facilitator at the Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery in 2014. In 2008, they joined Tiger Plumbing as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant, where they worked until 2015.
In 2015, Amanda joined Axiell Group as a Collections Technology Specialist. Amanda quickly advanced in the company, taking on roles such as Senior Sales and Marketing Consultant and Sales Manager for ALM North America. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the ALM Regional Manager for North America, where they collaborated with various departments to drive regional growth, maintain operational efficiency, and maximize profitability. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales, North America ALM at Axiell Group.
Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt and succeed in various roles, showcasing their skills in customer satisfaction, sales and marketing, and operational efficiency.
Amanda Roy completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Contemporary Art, Design and New Media Art Histories from OCAD University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion and Culture from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level 'C' in January 2015.
