Luis Capela is currently the Line of Business Manager at Axians Portugal in the Agile Trade & Customs area within the Tax & Customs Business Unit. Prior to this role, Capela worked at Novabase as the Tailored Solutions - Customs Management Solution Lead, serving clients such as the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira, DG TAXUD, WCO, and others. Capela also held various positions at the Portuguese Tax Authority, including Program / Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Team Leader. Capela graduated from Instituto Superior Técnico with an Engineer's Degree in Engenharia Informática e de Computadores.
