Paul Palubinski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in roles ranging from senior software engineer to software engineering manager. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Axial since November 2024, Paul previously held a consulting position with Crux Digital, where Paul was the project architect for a Fortune 500 client, focusing on implementing complex systems such as role-based access control and new reporting frameworks. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Transamerica, where Paul managed development teams and contributed to product design, as well as significant software development contributions at KIOSK Information Systems, 5280 Solutions, and P2 Energy Solutions. Paul holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
