Yuliana Olaya is an experienced professional with a background in account management, customer service, and communications. Currently serving as Gerente de Cuentas at AXESS Networks since January 2019, Yuliana develops and executes action plans using digital methodologies and virtual tools to enhance communication with Mexican organizations. Previously, Yuliana worked as Coordinadora de Servicio at Centro de Seguros, where responsibilities included designing internal and external communication plans and overseeing customer service activities. Further experience includes serving as Coordinadora de Comunicaciones for Fundación Syncronia-Neurofeedback Center, where Yuliana focused on developing corporate training programs and health education initiatives. Yuliana holds a degree in Comunicadora Social, Empresarial y Medios from Universidad de Pamplona, obtained between 2007 and 2013.
