Derrick Wolk is a Partner and Physical Therapist at AXES Physical Therapy since May 2016, focusing on positively impacting the lives of clients. Prior to this role, Derrick served as Facility Manager and Staff Physical Therapist at PRORehab combined with Athletico Physical Therapy from May 2013 to April 2016. Derrick's experience in the field began at Therapy Solutions as a Physical Therapist from April 2009 to May 2013, following a position at Advanced Training and Rehab from September 2008 to April 2009 as a Physical Therapist. Derrick holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University of Saint Louis, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
