Arnaud Van Weydevelt currently serves as Responsable Patrimoine at Axentia (ESH) since June 2021, following a role as Responsable Technique at Nexity from December 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes a ten-year tenure at Barrière from December 2007 to December 2018 as Responsable Technique, where responsibilities encompassed building maintenance, overseeing the opening of two establishments, managing maintenance contracts, and leading a technical team. Arnaud began a career in technical management at Accor from January 2004 to December 2007. Educational qualifications include a Licence Professionnelle in Protection de l’Environnement, Bâtiment et Construction, with a focus on Maintenance et Sécurité from Université de Lille 1 in June 2004 and a BTS MI from Lycéé Ozanam in 2002.
