Luis Garcia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Axel Automotive since June 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives. As the President and Founder of Derive Tek since July 2012, Luis has built a successful enterprise in the technology sector. Previous roles include Director of Recruiting at Business & Decision from September 2010 to March 2012, Vice President of Resource Solutions & HR and Co-Founder at Straight Line from June 2007 to September 2010, and Vice President of Talent Solutions and Co-Founder at Ensynch from 2002 to 2005.
